International Orders:
We deliver Worldwide.
For international orders standard time of delivery will be 4-5 weeks and shipping will be calculated as per shipping company policies any VAT, TAX, DUTIES imposed by customers countries will be borne by customer itself.
A standard shipping charge of USD 20 will be applicable to the Total Order.

Return Policy
Returns will only be possible if they meet one of the below conditions: 1. The item(s) you ordered differs from the item delivered to you. 2. The item delivered to you is defective or damaged. 3. The item delivered to you does not fit due to incorrect sizing.
In the above cases, we will ship you a replacement free of charge once the details of the case are verified by us. Please take pictures of the product/ its packaging in all cases to aid the returns process.
Please note the below terms under which replacement will not be possible: 1. The product has been used or tried out by you. 2. The product shows signs of wear and tear, usage, and is not in the condition that it was delivered to you. 3. Any product whose packaging has been destroyed will not be returnable. 4. All products to be returned in their original packaging including all manuals/cards dispatched originally. 5. If any products are missing any tags/packaging elements/hangers/covers/manuals/cards will not be returnable. If any of these are missing and yor item is eligible for return, you will be reimbursed 75% of the invoice value. 6. Any products taken out for a ride is considered used and not eligible for return. We encourage you to try the gear indoors for size/fit.
Terms & Conditions for returns: 1. Please ensure you contact the store within 7 days to initiate the returns process. 2. Once you initiate the process we will take 2 working days to process your return. 3. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returning the product to our store/warehouse. 4. If you are unsure about sizing or the right product for you at the time of ordering, please reach out to us at amitkalsi@rediffmail.com so that we can guide you in your decision. 5. Return shipping options: 1. Please ship your returns through a reputable courier firm which includes package tracking and insurance for the return shipment. 2. All return shipments must be prepaid, all COD packages will be rejected.
Defects and Warranties: 1. Each manufacturer has their own warranty terms, we will assist our customers in the process of claiming warranty should it be applicable. For any warranty claims, please ensure you send the problem summary along with product pictures to us at amitkalsi@rediffmail.com
Order cancellations: 1. Orders once placed can only be cancelled until the items are shipped from our warehouse, after which cancellations will not be possible. 2. Bank processing charges for the cancelled order will be borne by the customer in case of order cancellation.
Free Shipping terms: 1. All orders below INR 5,000/- will be charged a freight of INR 250/-. 2. In order to ship the products, we require a complete address including postal code for every order. 3. All orders will be shipped by ground shipping, and you will receive a consignment tracking id to track the shipment.
Store Credits
Refund amount for all returned items will be credited to your The Ryderz Accessories Account only in the form of Store Credits. The Store Credits can be redeemed at the time of Checkout, whenever you place your next order.
